The Town Hall has a Renaissance style, it has its unique characteristics of the civil construction period in Valencia:Its façade is constructred from quarry stone. The ground floor with its three arches in the centre used to serve as a market. The Top floor also has 10 arched windows. The chronological way in which it has been constructed suggests it dates back to the 17th century.
Within the interior it is worth highlighting within the boardroom(First floor) the paintings of the local artist named Eliseo. These paintings show scenes of daily life, customs and traditions of Castalla. It is also important to note the reproduction of a painting by Langlois which depicts "La battalla de Castalla" or "The battle of Castalla", this painting refers to the Napoleonic battles that took place during 1812-1813. The original Painting is currently located in the Versailles Museum, Paris.
